Order Preparation

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Weekends and applicable public holidays are excluded from business-day calculations.

Estimated Transit

Following processing, our standard estimated delivery period is:

10–30 business days

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier networks, local delivery services, weather, and other circumstances.

Complimentary Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free to eligible destinations supported through our checkout unless otherwise clearly displayed.

Markets

We may serve customers in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, and other destinations made available through our checkout.

Fulfillment Network

Watier & Co works with third-party suppliers, fulfillment facilities, warehouses, and logistics providers.

Your package may therefore originate outside the United States or from a facility other than our corporate address.

Products from a single order may occasionally arrive separately.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch.

Carrier tracking systems may require additional time to display the first shipment event.

Customs and Import Procedures

Cross-border orders may be subject to customs procedures and applicable duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or similar governmental costs.

Such charges will be handled and disclosed in accordance with applicable law and the information presented during checkout.

Delivery Problems

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, contact service@watierco.com with your order number.

We will review the available shipment information and coordinate with the appropriate logistics provider when necessary.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your delivery address carefully.

If you discover an error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee modifications after fulfillment begins.

Returns

Returns must follow the instructions contained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do not send merchandise to our Florida business address unless instructed to do so.
